Breck Sky Fest Kickoff: Accessible Stargazing with BOEC
Time: 5:30–7:00 PM MST
Location: To Be Announced
Public evening accessible stargazing, with priority for community members and families who need increased accessibility. RSVP and share your accessibility needs. We encourage most community members to choose Frisco on November 27 or the main Breck program on November 28.

AstroTours Stargazing at Beaver Run
Time: 5:30–7:15 PM MST
Location: Beaver Run Resort
A regular guided AstroTours stargazing tour during the festival month. Paid booking through AstroTours; see the booking page for pricing, times, and availability.

Celestial Sound Journey
Time: 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM MST · two separate sessions
Location: Spirit Alchemy Studio · 106 N French St, GL7, Breckenridge, CO 80424
Two 60-minute sessions hosted by Spirit Alchemy Studio. No experience necessary; yoga mats and props provided. $40 per person. Book your chosen session directly with the studio.

Location: Tin Shop · Breckenridge Arts District
Visit Artist in Residence Chelsea Kaiah at the Tin Shop to see the work she has been creating during her November residency. Her practice connects traditional materials and techniques with Native rights, sustainability, resilience, and healing.

Trail Tuesdays: Full Moon Hike with Pride at Gold Hill
Time: 5:30–7:30 PM MST
Location: Gold Hill Trailhead · Breckenridge
Join Friends of the Dillon Ranger District and Mountain Pride for a free educational and social full-moon hike from Gold Hill Trailhead. All are welcome! Bring a headlamp and a thermos for hot drinks before departure.

Bring your little explorers, ages 0–8, for an interactive Storytime inspired by the wonders of nature and themed for Breck Sky Fest. Enjoy a book, movement activity, and fun craft, then keep exploring through art and play.

Create a galaxy-inspired painting in a Bob Ross–style class at Randall Barn. Breck Create brings an evening of art and cosmic inspiration to the festival on November 25, from 6 to 8:30 PM.

Free · $0. Arrive and leave throughout the evening. Free RSVP required so we can plan enough equipment for everyone and send important weather updates.

Night Sky Hike with FDRD
Time: 7:30–9:30 PM MST
Location: Miner’s Creek Trail
Explore the night sky on a leisurely, educational hike or snowshoe tour with Friends of the Dillon Ranger District. Take in sweeping views of Peak 1 and Rainbow Lake, with hot drinks before setting off.

STEAM Saturday at Other Worlds with Breck Sky Fest
Time: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM MST · drop in anytime
Location: Other Worlds exhibition · Old Masonic Hall · 136 S. Main St., Breckenridge
Get creative with facilitated STEAM activities inspired by Other Worlds and themed for Breck Sky Fest. Drop in between 10 AM and 1 PM on November 28. Recommended for ages 5+; activities are included with exhibition admission.

Free · $0 · RSVP required. Daytime: Solar Astronomy · Evening: Stargazing. Daytime solar astronomy time TBA; evening stargazing 6:00–7:30 PM MST. Explore the separate $57 VIP program at Beaver Run.

VIP Stargazing at Beaver Run
Time: 5:30–7:15 PM MST
Location: Beaver Run Resort
$57 per person · limited to 22 guests. Includes early access, tea and coffee service, and access to a warming area and fire. Book the November 28 Beaver Run tour directly through AstroTours. VIP program: 5:30–7:15 PM MST.

Create Among the Stars at Ready Paint Fire!
Time: Noon–3:00 PM MST · arrive at noon; instruction starts at 12:15 PM
Location: Ready Paint Fire! · 112 S. Ridge St., Breckenridge
Choose canvas painting upstairs (24 painters maximum) or a glow-in-the-dark constellation mosaic downstairs (22 crafters maximum). $40 per participant/project, including supplies, equipment, instruction, and the house service charge. Breckenridge and Colorado taxes added at checkout. Arrive at noon for 12:15 PM instruction. Families choosing different options will split up. Book and pay online directly through Ready Paint Fire.

Breck Sky Fest Weather Backup Night
Time: 5:30–7:15 PM MST
Location: Beaver Run Resort
Weather backup for astronomy affected by poor weather during the main festival weekend.
The program is taking shape.
AstroTours is developing school visits, free community stargazing, public solar astronomy, and the ticketed High Country Stargaze. Invitations are out for additional activities, including workshops, talks, and a film screening. Proposed listings do not yet have confirmed hosts. The confirmed festival schedule is listed above.
